For any company looking to become a host, it is necessary to have a registered legal entity in Sweden. Before renting out your workspace on Springy, you must have legal authorisation from your property owner or tenant.
Springy and our hosts agree to promote each other through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, newsletters, websites, in-store displays, or joint events. We will provide our hosts with Springy branding assets. The objective is to leverage the customer base of each partner to increase exposure and drive sales for both parties.
Security and compliance are top priorities for us at Springy, and we use Stripe Connect to conduct transactions between buyers and sellers. We have integrated Stripe Connect, a secure payment processing platform, to ensure the safe management of funds. Stripe prioritises PCI DSS standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This ensures that businesses can safely handle confidential customer data and payment information. Hosts manage payments through Stripe and ensure secure transfers while complying with financial regulations.
When determining daily prices, there are several factors to consider, including location, workspace size, and amenities offered. We recommend evaluating your daily costs for at least 8 hours per day.
Before approving a host request, it is essential to verify the accuracy of the organisation's identity. Once you complete the sign-up process, your provided details are submitted for review.
For security and legal reasons, a Springy representative must verify a company's identity before providing access to our services. You can expect to hear from us within 5-7 business days notifying you of your approval or requesting that you complete additional steps and submit for approval. Upon approval, you have the option to enable the instant booking feature, which will eliminate any further administrative complexities.
Payouts usually take 7-14 days after the first successful payment, but some industries may have longer wait times.
Your brand identity plays an extensive part in helping to establish brand awareness and how familiar customers will become with your workspaces. Your distinct logo will create trust, credibility, and authority. It is strongly suggested that you clearly describe your workspace(s) to help your intended audiences fully understand your offering. This will eliminate any confusion or misunderstandings.
